Sunday Sept 22, 2024 dates one of the hardest Grand Prix of the racing season. With the track’s sharp turns and corners, it requires a high amount of skill. This race was quite good for Norris fans, as he did not bottle the first few laps and remained quite constant through the race and ended up winning. However, it was not a good day for other teams. Mercedes ruined their strategy with Hamilton. They pitted him way too early and then his tyres were wearing out way too quickly. He started on softs, so he had to pit sooner rather than later, but if he started on mediums instead, they could have waited till at least halfway through to pit him and he would have had better speed throughout the race. Leclerc was really struggling during the race, especially at the beginning when he was stuck behind Alonso and Hulkenberg. Magnussen and Albon both DNF because of issues with their cars. As for Ricciardo, his racing career might be coming to an end, which led to quite a solemn post-race for him. Next up is Austin, but after four weeks.
